How do I submit a referral?
Enroll to set up your account.  Once registered, you can submit your referral(s) via our secure, online form. 

What type of business should I refer?
Any type of business may be referred as long as they are not a current Frontier customer.

Who in the company should I refer you to?
IT decision makers and influencers, such as the CIO, Director of IT, CFO or CEO.

Who from Frontier will contact my referral, and when?
A Frontier business expert will make an initial attempt to contact your referral shortly.

How can I check on the status of my referral and reward?
You will be notified via email once your Referral has been reviewed and processed. You may also check the status of your referrals by visiting My Account or contact us at support@companyreferralrewards.com.

What do My Referral Statuses mean?

  • In Progress: Your referral has been submitted and is being reviewed by a Frontier business expert
  • Approved: Your Referral has been approved for payout
  • Issued: Your reward check has been shipped
  • Denied-No Sale: Your referral has been denied and not eligible for reward payout

When and how will I receive my payment?
Once the business you referred signs their contract for service with Frontier, you will be issued a check in an amount that is 1.5 times the monthly amount the business you referred pays each month for Frontier service, up to $10,000.

How will my Reward be delivered?
All checks will be shipped via FedEx.* Once your reward is issued, you can obtain tracking information in “my referrals” page
*If your address contains a PO box, your check will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Is the reward considered taxable income?
Yes, awards earned totaling greater than $599 in a calendar year are considered taxable and applicable individuals will receive a 1099 form.

How many referrals can I make and what is the maximum number of rewards I can receive?
The sky’s the limit! You may refer as many businesses as you’d like and will receive a reward for each referral that becomes a new customer.

I am not a current Frontier customer, can I refer myself for service?
No, as a business without Frontier service, you may not refer your own business. However, be sure to enroll in our referral program and refer other businesses needing Frontier service.

If there is a business with multiple locations, will I get paid a referral fee for each location?
No, referrals are only paid for each unique business referred and not per location. If a business has multiple locations, the referral is only paid for one location.
